List your establishment with TravelKids for FREE - no setup fees - no monthly charges for 3 months. After 3 months free listing, if you are happy with us remain listed for as little as R69.00 (Excl) VAT per month (upfront payment discounts apply).

Our listing does not work on an alphabetical basis; rather on first registered, first seen. This philosophy rewards subscribers for their early listing, and means that the first establishments that register with our site will be viewed first by our visitors.

Benefits of listing on TravelKids:

  1. The prices outlined in the costs section are all you pay, we DO NOT charge you a booking fee or any commission on the reservations you receive from our website, guests BOOK DIRECT with you.
  2. Your listing is comprised of a FREE web page complete with your logo, contact details, link to website (if applicable), description of establishment, facilities offered, as well as up to 6 photographs of your establishment. In the event that you do not have your own website, and would like one, we can design and host it for you.
  3. Multiple listings of your establishment under different categories available at NO extra charge.
  4. In addition to the free web page - our designers create a personalised banner for your establishment that is placed on our 'home' page for the first month of your listing which links directly to your web pages listed with us and it is FREE.
  5. This personalised banner is also placed on our 'new listings' page and links directly to your web pages listed with us giving you added exposure to visitors to the site - this is also FREE.
  6. When you run any specials, your personalised banner is placed on our 'specials' page and linked directly to a customised 'specials listing' that is created just for you and details what you have on offer - this is also FREE.
  7. FaceBook and Twitter presence enables you to connect with fans and followers directly.
  8. We send out two quarterly newsletters in Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter - one detailing our 'new listings' and the second comprising all the 'specials' on offer. To advertise in these are also FREE. The newsletters are only sent out to people who have subscribed to receive  them ensuring that we are targeting this specific market with the newsletter.
  9. Reasonable periodic updates to your photographs and copy are done for free.
  10. Web stats for the website, including unique visitors, as well as site hits are provided on request.
  11. Custom designed maps for your establishment available at an additional charge.
Steps to list:

Listing on TravelKids is simple, just follow the steps below:

  1. Go to http://www.travelkids.co.za and register click on "log in/list establishment" here you will need to register by putting in a user name and password.
  2. An email will then be sent to your email address in order for your to activate your account - once you have activated your account you can register your establishments.
  3. Please go to www.travelkids.co.za put in your user name and password, this will then bring you into a registered section of the website.
  4. Click on "Destinations" and you will see the option to "add an entry", which will bring you to a form that you need to complete, which will be submitted to us with all your establishment's information. Please just note that this form is optimised for Internet Explorer, if you have a problem with the form, simply e-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will send you an HTML form via e-mail.
  5. Once we receive your establishment registration form, we will email through a selection of 16 template headers that you can choose from - the colours that will be used in this header, will be matched to your existing website. Please e-mail us which option you would like for your listing, together with the photographs and logo you would like included to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it - our designers will then do the rest.
We will then place all the information into your web page, and your photos into your selected header. This will be sent to you to approve, once you are happy we will open your listing for public viewing.

Costs:


TravelKids has a variety of listing options available, which include the following:

Standard listing from R69.00* per month with upfront payment options which entitle you to discounts. (Our Standard Listing entitles you to a listing in the search portal, linked to a web page in multiple categories hosted on the travelkids.co.za website, free personalised banner placed on our 'home page' and 'new listings' page for the first month of your listing, free advertising of specials available on our 'specials' page, as well as free advertising in both of our quarterly newsletters.)

Payment options:

  • Annual payment = R828.00* (R69.00* pm)
  • 9 month payment = R675.00* (R75.00* pm)
  • 6 month payment = R480.00* (R80.00*pm)
  • 3 month payment = R252.00* (R84.00*pm)
  • Monthly payment = R89.00*pm (only available via debit order)

Terms and conditions:

After completing the TravelKids registration form, your 3 months FREE will commence on the 1st of the following month. Thereafter should you decide to remain listed with TravelKids you will be charged dependent on which option you select. Upfront payment options need to be paid in full on receipt of invoice. Subscriptions payable in advance are not refundable. Should listing prices change, this will be communicated to you via e-mail with one months notice.

The monthly debit order takes place within the first week of the month. Please note that insufficient funds or a returned debit order will incur administration fees which will be added to your account.

In the case of overdue accounts travelkids.co.za reserves the right to remove access to the establishment’s web pages or banner advertisement.

TravelKids reserves the right to refuse unsuitable applications.

Please note that if you own more than one establishment, all establishments need to be listed separately on the TravelKids website, spill off from one listing, may not be used for reservations in other establishments not listed.

Should you decide to terminate your contract TravelKids requires 30 days prior to cancellation written notification. Cancellations should be faxed to  011 679 1692 / 086 503 6594. Cancellations do not release the subscriber from any fees that are currently due.

If banking details should change, subscribers must make TravelKids aware of the change in writing. These changes need to be provided on a company letterhead and faxed to  011 679 1692 / 086 503 6594.

Once the registration form has been received a fax will be sent to you for you to complete your banking details, please sign and fax back to us on   011 679 1692 / 086 503 6594.

The terms and conditions stated above may change periodically. You agree to view such terms and conditions at www.travelkids.co.za and unless otherwise notified,www.travelkids.co.za shall deem you to have agreed to all terms and conditions therein within 14 days of any changes.
