• The prices outlined in the costs section are all you pay, we DO NOT charge you
  a booking fee or any commission on the reservations you receive from our website.
  
• Your listing is comprised of 4 FREE web pages with your logo, contact details,
  link to website (if applicable), description of establishment, facilities offered, as well
  as up to 6 photographs of your establishment. In the event that you do not have
  your own website, and would like one, we can design and host it for you at an
  additional charge.
  
• In addition to the 4 free web pages - our designers create a personalised banner for
  your establishment that is placed on our 'home' page for the first month of your listing
  which links directly to your web pages listed with us and it is FREE.
  
• This personalised banner is also placed under our 'new listings' page and links directly
  to your web pages listed with us giving you added exposure to visitors to the site -
  this is also FREE.
  
• When you run any specials, your personalised banner is placed on our 'specials'
  page and linked directly to a customised 'specials listing' that is created just for 
  you and details what you have on offer - this is also FREE.
  
• We send out two quarterly newsletters - one detailing our 'new listings' and the
  second comprising all the 'specials' on offer. To advertise in these are also FREE.
  The newsletters are only sent out to people who have subscribed - ensuring that
  we are targeting the interested target market.
  
• The TravelKids website and associated links are designed by The Four Pin Plug cc –
  a company with 10 years advertising and design experience – what better way to
  give your establishment the competitive edge. Not only is your establishment’s
  page professionally designed, but it is also created with speed and efficiency

• Reasonable periodic updates to your photographs and copy are done for free.
  
• Web stats for the website, including unique visitors, as well as site hits are
  provided on request.
  
• TravelKids offers the added benefit of gaining specific guest responses, to
  your establishment through a market research questionnaire, designed and
  managed by Niche Research who have been conducting consumer based
  research and satisfaction studies for over 10 years. This questionnaire has
  been designed so that only people who have in fact stayed at your establishment
  respond. This ensures that you are gaining information relevant to your business
  and no-one else’s.
  
• Custom designed maps for your establishment available at an additional charge.

Added benefits:

All establishments hosted on TravelKids will receive the feedback forms which are based on a criteria of fixed questions, which will be (optionally) completed by guests who have
stayed at the establishments. The questions will revolve around the following:

• Main like about establishment
  
• Main dislike about establishment
  
• Overall experience
  
• Room facilities compared to information provided on the website
  
• Level of child friendliness of the establishment
  
• Establishment’s facilities, with regard to what was stated on the
  travelkids.co.za website
  
• Meals at the establishment
  
• Hospitality received at the establishment
  
• Extent to which the guest would recommend the establishment to people
  in the future
  
• General comment section – relating to any changes the respondent feels
  should be made to improve their stay
  

Please note that all personal information relating to the guest who completed the feedback form will be omitted. This ensures that guests provide a true reflection of their stay.

This customer feedback will help you to see how your establishment is viewed through
your customer's eyes, and will highlight areas that may require attention, or additional
facilities guests feel are necessary. This tool will further help you to keep your fingers on the pulse of your business and address minor irritations before they become problems. Alternatively you can use this information to help you effectively plan for future development of your business. Customer information provides businesses with a competitive advantage over others in the industry.

Our newsletter is produced as Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter editions. The
quarterly newsletter is a FREE vehicle through which you can communicate with this target market. Any specials that you are running within the quarterly period are able to be advertised. This newsletter will be sent to all TravelKids subscribers.

Costs:

TravelKids has a variety of listing options available, which include the following:

Standard listing from as little as R69.00* per month for upfront payment options
at the end of your 3 month trial period.

The Standard Listing entitles you to a listing in the search portal, linked to
a 4 page hosted site on the travelkids.co.za website, free personalised banner placed on
our 'home page' and 'new listings' page for the first month of your listing, free advertising of
specials available on our'specials' page, as well as free advertising in both of our
quarterly newsletters.)

Payment options:

• Annual payment = R828.00* (R69.00* pm)

• 9 month payment = R675.00* (R75.00* pm)

• 6 month payment = R480.00* (R80.00*pm)

• 3 month payment = R252.00* (R84.00*pm)

• Monthly payment = R89.00*pm (only available via debit order)

with a costing.

Adverts for the various specials feature and newsletter exclude artwork costs.

Terms and conditions:

After completing the TravelKids registration form, your 3 months FREE will commence on the 1st of the following month. Thereafter should you decide to remain listed with TravelKids you will be charged dependent on which option you select. Upfront payment options need to be paid in full on receipt of invoice. Subscriptions payable in advance are not refundable. Should listing prices change, this will be communicated to you via e-mail with one months notice.

The monthly debit order takes place within the first week of the month. Please note that
insufficient funds or a returned debit order will incur administration fees which will be
added to your account.

In the case of overdue accounts travelkids.co.za reserves the right to remove access to
the establishment’s web pages or banner advertisement.

TravelKids reserves the right to refuse unsuitable applications.

Please note that if you own more than one establishment, all establishments need to be
listed separately on the TravelKids website, spill off from one listing, may not be used for
reservations in other establishments not listed.

Should you decide to terminate your contract TravelKids requires 30 days prior to cancellation written notification. Cancellations should be faxed to 011 679 1692. Cancellations do not release the subscriber from any fees that are currently due.

If banking details should change, subscribers must make TravelKids aware of the
change in writing. These changes need to be provided on a company letterhead and
faxed to 011 679 1692.

Once the registration form has been received a fax will be sent to you for you to
complete your banking details, please sign and fax back to us on 011 679 1692.

The terms and conditions stated above may change periodically. You agree to view such
terms and conditions at www.travelkids.co.za and unless otherwise notified,
www.travelkids.co.za shall deem you to have agreed to all terms and conditions
therein within 14 days of any changes.
