The Windermere

The Windermere is a hip, stylish boutique hotel (5 star) situated in the beach suburb of Humewood, a short walk from Kings Beach and the Blue Flag status Humewood Beach. General terms & conditions:

1. Full payment of accommodation account due 30 days prior to client’s arrival.
2. Bookings confirmed of 3 or more rooms 50% deposit required within 7 days of confirmation and the balance payable 30 days prior to guests’ arrival.
3. Deposits are non refundable.

Cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation within 21 days of arrival 50% of full accommodation costs payable.
2. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival 75% of full accommodation costs payable.
3. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival 100% of full accommodation costs payable.
4. In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
5. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.
