RATES QUOTED ARE:
- priced per person sharing per night in South African Rand (ZAR). Rates are valid at thetime of booking, but until such time as full and final payment has been received, the price issubject to change without notice. Rates are quoted including breakfast buffet, 14% VAT and1% tourism levy per person per night. Rates exclude transfers from/to Cape Town, Lunch,Dinner, Bar, Private telephone calls, laundry.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE:
A written request is required to proceed with a reservation. Written confirmation of thereservation is forwarded via e-mail. Once the reservation is confirmed the client is liable forcancellation fees.

PAYMENT:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Payment can be made by secureon-line payment, direct deposit or credit card. A 50% deposit is required to secure thereservation 30 days after written confirmation. Deposits made to guarantee reservation arenon-refundable. Full and final payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. There is a 3%surcharge on credit card payments. Extras may be settled on departure. Rates are valid atthe time of booking, but until such time as full and final payment has been received, the price is subject to change without notice. Should payment not be received as stipulated, wereserve the right to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event of there being anunscheduled postponement of a reservation caused by bad weather, strikes or any othermatter beyond our control, it is understood that expenses incurred will be for the client'saccount. Should payment not be received as stipulated we reserve the right to cancel yourreservation.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. Cancellation penalties arelevied as follows: Any reservation cancelled within 6 weeks of the arrival date – 50% of thetotal invoiced amount. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date – acharge to the full value (100% of the total invoiced amount) be applicable. Cancellationpenalties for Easter and 21 Dec -4Jan –less than 12 weeks’ notice prior to arrival – 100% oftotal invoiced amount. In the event of premature departure the full extent of the stay, asoriginally booked and confirmed, will be charged. Refunds of deposits/prepayments forbookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-let theroom.
