We offer our guests four spacious double/twin suites, one honeymoon suite, one executive suite as well as two standard suites. Inclusions and Exclusions
Includes: accommodation, teas/coffees and breakfast.
Excludes: All drinks, laundry, Telephone calls, transfers, gratuities and any other items of a personal nature.
Tourism levy: No levies are charged at present.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All rates are in South African Rands and include VAT.
2. Children will be accepted at Cottage Pie Guest House, by special arrangement.
3. Children are considered to be under the age of 12, and child rate applies when sharing with two adults.
4. Pilots, driver, guides and tour leader rates may vary but will not exceed R500.00 per night per person.
5. Please note that all guests will be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
6. Cottage Pie Guest House reserves the right to limit the number of reduced rate requests as may apply to drivers, pilots, and guides.

Cottage Pie Guest House reserves it right to admit any guests/s and furthermore retains the right to have remove, any guest’s whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and / or staff.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:

1. 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm a booking, with full payment due 7 days before arrival.
2. Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival 50 % cancellation fee.
3. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival 100 % cancellation fee.
